Every package is built from the same components as our concert films: camera operators on the night and editing days in the studio. Static cameras come in addition to the moving ones, for example for a wide shot or a view over the band into the crowd. All prices include 19% German VAT.

We find the strongest moments and cut them down to 60 to 90 seconds, including colour correction.

Two revisions are included. Then you receive the finished trailer in 4K.

Idea

Several shows, one trailer.

A trailer can also come from several gigs – say a club show, a town festival and a festival stage. That way it shows what you’re like on the road. Just ask us.

More than a trailer? If complete songs or the entire show should be captured, a concert film is the right format – with more cameras, multitrack audio recording and mixing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about live trailers.

How long is a live trailer?
Usually 60 to 90 seconds. That is long enough to show how a band comes across live, and short enough to be watched to the end. Additional versions, such as shorter cuts for social media, can be planned into the custom package.
What audio goes under the trailer?
We work that out together beforehand, because it depends on your situation. Camera audio is fine for atmosphere and crowd sound, but for music over 60 to 90 seconds it usually sounds too thin. If you have your own recording – from the studio or the mixing desk – we sync it to the picture. Alternatively, we record the audio on the night ourselves and mix it. This can be added on; the price depends on whether extra equipment or a sound engineer is needed.
What do the two revisions mean?
After the first cut you receive the trailer for review. We implement your change requests in two rounds of revisions at no extra cost.
How is this different from a concert film?
A concert film documents complete songs or the entire show, with more cameras, more editing and usually a multitrack audio recording. A trailer condenses an evening into its strongest moments. If you want both, you can get both from the same shoot – more on our concert films page.
Do you travel outside the region?
Yes. We are based in Lahr in the Black Forest, Germany. For shoots outside the region, we agree on travel costs with you in advance.
